Your eating behavior and nutritional awareness will be analyzed based on your food diary.


Your ethical, cultural, social and biological circumstances and preferences are included.
To determine your progress, various parameters are recorded, e.g. body weight, circumferences, pictures, energy levels.

*Both the 1:1 remote coaching and the training plan are not suitable for training beginners. We recommend the supervision and guidance of a coach on site. You should have at least 1 year of training experience in strength training and/or CrossFit.
